Accessibility policy

Version 1.0 02/06/2026

Our commitment

We want everyone who visits hrxai.ie to be able to use it. That includes people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, or who navigate by keyboard rather than mouse.

We aim for this website to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard used across the EU and referenced in Irish accessibility law (the European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulations 2023).

How accessible this website is

We’ve made the following provisions:

The site includes a “skip to content” link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation

  • Images have descriptive alternative text

  • The navigation structure is simple and consistent across all pages

  • We use plain language throughout
