Two Learning & Development professionals based in Dublin. We’ve partnered with HR teams for many years, and understand the complexities of their role. For the last few years we’ve helped them use AI in their work, and support AI adoption for their client groups.

Kathryn Reeves
Kathryn has spent 20 years in HR, talent, recruitment and learning, and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an executive coach. Most recently she was Director of Talent Development and Learning, leading a global function for a large financial services business. She led company wide digital upskilling (including AI adoption, data awareness and cyber security), delivered an AI strategy programme for leaders, and supported the rollout of Microsoft Copilot with training, champions networks and playbooks. She also oversaw the company’s compliance training programmes for 10,000+ staff.

Sive Charles
Sive has spent close to a decade in L&D, most recently as Lead Learning Partner at a global financial services firm. There she helped HR, Finance, Legal and Tech teams design, implement and measure learning, and was the lead for AI enablement. Having previously worked across global initiatives in leadership development, people manager development, and learning technology. She began her career in sales coaching and L&D at a global specialist recruitment firm. Sive brings human-centred design and strong facilitation skills.
